Author Guidelines
Please read and follow these guidelines carefully before submitting your manuscript to ensure smooth publication.

Originality & Responsibility
- Articles must be original, written by the authors, and free from plagiarism
- Authors are solely responsible for plagiarism, copyright, and content disputes
- Ensure proper referencing, copyright clearance, and ethical writing practices

Format Requirements
- Submit in .doc / .docx (MS Word) format only not PDF
- Title: UPPERCASE, Font 16, Bold
- Authors: Font 14 • Addresses: Font 12 • Email: Italic, Font 12
- A4 size • Times New Roman • Font 12 • 1.5 spacing • Justified
- Word count: 1,500 to 2,500 words

Article Structure
- Abstract/Summary with 3 to 5 keywords
- Introduction → Main Body → Conclusion
- Main body: methodology / observations / results / narrative
- Expand abbreviations at first use
- Scientific names must be accurate and italicised
- Tables, figures, pictures: HD quality with references

References
- Include at least 2 to 4 references
- Use APA style with proper in-text citations
Example APA: Smith, J. (2023). Title of article. Journal Name, 10(2), 45 to 52.

Plagiarism Policy
- Plagiarism must be below 15%
- Articles found plagiarized will be rejected
- Publication fees are non-refundable if previously published
- Do not submit to multiple journals simultaneously

Types of Articles
- Popular Articles: 1 to 3 pages, engaging and accessible to general readers with original pictures/graphs/data
- Technical Articles: 3 to 5 pages with detailed data/tables/figures
- Case Studies: Documented clinical or field cases with findings and outcomes
- Interviews in Q&A format, edited for clarity
- Photo stories and experience-based write-ups welcome

Submission & Review

- Articles reviewed; modifications may be suggested
- Acceptance letters emailed to corresponding author

Publication Timeline
- Magazine published every 3 months (first week)
- Accepted articles published within 3 months

Interviews & Photographs
- Interviews, photo stories, and experience-based write-ups are welcome
- Submit high-resolution photographs with captions and credits
- Photographs must be original or have proper permission/credits
- Magazine is not responsible for copyright disputes on submitted images
- Interviews must be submitted in Q&A format, edited for clarity
Publication Charges
Nominal charges to cover editorial and publication costs. No submission fee.

💳 Payment: Via online transfer. Payment details will be shared via email after article acceptance. Fees are non-refundable if the article is found to be previously published.
